The kitchen amenities made family meals effortless, and having private parking was a huge plus for our adventures around Auckland.
In my wife's opinion, the first check-in experience was a bit awkward. It would be great if they streamlined the check-in process for families with pets.

would stay here again
It had a full kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. A cozy seating area. The bathroom was great with free toiletries and a walk-in shower. Room service was super convenient and delicious after a long day. Nice central location with easy bus access to places.

The stay was quite comfortable in the Standard King Room. The location was perfect for walking to the CBD and harbor front. I appreciated having a kitchen in the room to prepare a simple breakfast instead of trying the hotel breakfast, which seemed limited. Although the staff could have been friendlier, the overall experience was satisfactory for a short trip.

The two-bedroom suite offered great comfort with a cozy bed and useful amenities. Onsite parking was secure and convenient, a plus in this area. The location poses a challenge. The steep walk back can be tiring, especially after a long day. The kitchen could use a few more essential items for convenience. Freshly baked cookies at the front desk were a good treat.

Perfect spot for city explorers
We enjoyed a comfy stay with clean rooms and super handy location. Having a small kitchen was a nice bonus for some late-night snacks. Only real bummer was the milk wasn't restocked one night, a letdown after a long day. The restaurant was nice for dinner, but the food could have been better.

The shower was really great and the bathroom had plenty of space for our stuff. Make sure to limit your wifi use since it's only 2Gb per person each day.

Our one-bedroom suite was cozy and super clean, perfectly equipped for our stay. The location was fabulous, right near a bus stop for easy access. Staff were charming.
The king bed was two singles in disguise-surprise! And don't get me started on the rather artistic plumbing sounds. They really knew how to keep the atmosphere lively.
